I seen episodes 1-3 in the theatre when I was a teenager. And now with the force awakens and being 30 years old it is a much bigger and important experience.
Mary and I had our much ancipated date to see Star Wars the force awakens. We had to meet up separately and on the drive/long stops due to Christmas shopping traffic, I began thinking about time, which if you know me is a big topic. I was thinking of how crazy that back in 1977 there were a couple meeting up for a date to see Star Wars. Almost 40 years ago.
If the plan is three films which I am assuming that is. Probably looking at this series ending by 2020. Ryder will be either 7 or 8 when the last one will be released, and it's going to be not much further in the future when our kids are older and more generations are born and the announcement of another Star Wars series a decade or so from 2020 that it will seem crazy to those generations that we seen these films at the cinema.
It was such a amazing experience to be there with Mary really appreciating life and the world and sounds of Star Wars!
